Lee McNicolas

Lee McNicholas has worked extensively in television for over 20 years. His career started in daytime television before he graduated to prime time with iconic shows such as The Apprentice and How Clean Is Your House.

Lee was Creative Director for Simon Cowell’s Syco Entertainment for 15 years, show running the biggest shows in the UK including The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent for which he was nominated for multiple BAFTAs (and won two!). 

He was Creative Director at Lifted Entertainment where he oversaw multiple iconic brands such as The Voice, Countdown and University Challenge. He also relaunched the iconic Big Breakfast for which he won multiple awards.
