Leo McCrea has been directing the top names in TV for the last twenty years, and is currently directing a new National Geographic series He created the Style and Tone of the first series of Channel 4’s Travel man with Richard Ayoade and Mortimer and Whitehouse Gone Fishing. These shows received three BAFTA nominations and won three Royal Television Society Awards. He also created a new look for the hit NETFLIX show, Jack Whitehall Travels with my Father, directing series 3, 4, 5 and the special finale show.
Working with top talent such as Jonathan Ross, Stephen Merchant, Rob Delaney, Katherine Ryan and Kathy Burke has ensured that he has been invited to direct shows such as Stanley Tucci’s Searching for Italy for CNN and BBC2 and the recent BBC1 landmark documentary featuring Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne.
