Martha Housden

Martha joined Studio Ramsay in summer 2025 and is responsible for spearheading development across a remit that spans reality, factual entertainment, popular factual and documentary formats.

Prior to this, she was the creative director of development at BBC Studios in the Factual Entertainment and Events department and has held senior leadership positions at some of the UK’s leading production companies. Over the last 15 + years she has overseen the creation and development of many successful formats, including First Dates Hotel (C4) Ultimate Wedding Planner (BBC), The Audition Room (ITV) and A House Through Time among many others.
